Borewell drilling in Hyderabad is the process of sinking a new borewell for homes, apartments, offices, and industrial sites where no working water source exists yet, using rigs suited to the region's granite. It suits property owners building fresh, or replacing a borewell that has failed. Cost is calculated per foot drilled, and timelines depend on depth and rock hardness.

Our own rig, on siteBorewell drilling is for a property that does not yet have a working water source of its own.
You've bought or built on a plot that has never had a borewell.
Municipal or tanker water isn't covering your daily need anymore.
The property has relied on tankers or a shared source until now.
Construction needs a steady water supply on site from an early stage.
You're tired of scheduling around tanker deliveries every few days.
An old borewell nearby has failed and a fresh one is the better option.
Eight services, split into two groups: work on a new borewell, and work on a borewell you already have.

A fresh borewell for any property, drilled with our own DTH and lorry-mounted rigs and finished with casing and a water check.

The actual sequence we follow for a new borewell, from first call to handover.
We understand your property type and how much water you actually need.
We confirm rig access, clear the working area and mark the drilling spot.
The DTH or lorry-mounted rig is positioned and the compressor connected.
The bore goes down through soil, weathered rock and into granite.
Casing pipe is fitted in the upper section to stop loose ground collapsing in.
The bore is flushed and developed, then checked for water flow.
The borehead is capped and the site cleared before we leave.
Different sites call for different rigs. Which one we bring is confirmed at the free site visit.
Hard rock
Down-the-hole hammer drilling, driven by a high-pressure compressor — built for Hyderabad's granite.
Tight sites
A compact, self-moving rig for narrow lanes, small gates and low roof height that a lorry rig cannot reach.
Everyday jobs
Our standard rig for houses, plots and open sites where a vehicle can park close to the drilling spot.
Borewell drilling is priced per foot, so the total moves with these factors — not with the size of your plot.
Soft soil drills quickly; Hyderabad's hard granite drills slower and adds to the per-foot rate.
Depth is confirmed only while drilling, so it's the single biggest factor in the final total.
A wider bore costs more per foot and usually needs a bigger pump to match it.
A tight lane or restricted gate may call for the robo rig instead of the standard lorry rig.
The length of casing pipe needed depends on how deep the loose, upper ground goes at your plot.
Borewell drilling looks different from one part of Hyderabad to another, mainly because of how the ground and the plots are laid out. In newer areas like Gachibowli, Kokapet and Kondapur, wide roads and open plots generally give a rig easy access, while older, denser neighbourhoods around Central and North Hyderabad often mean narrower lanes and closer compound walls that call for a more compact rig. Apartment and industrial sites bring their own access planning, since parking, internal roads and existing structures all affect where the rig can be positioned. None of this changes how deep a borewell will need to go — that's confirmed on site — but it does change how the job is planned and which machine makes sense.
We provide borewell drilling services across Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

Answers to what Hyderabad customers ask us most before drilling.
We check your available open space, distance from the compound wall or existing structures, and rig access before marking a spot. Any nearby borewells or drainage lines are also considered before finalising the position.
Depth, bore diameter, ground hardness and casing length are the main factors, since drilling is charged per foot rather than as one fixed sum. See the full cost breakdown →
We use a DTH rig or lorry-mounted rig for most sites, and a compact robo rig where access is narrow. The right one for your site is confirmed at the free visit.
Clear the working area, confirm rig access to your plot, arrange electricity if the site needs it, and keep your property documents ready in case permission is required.
Once the rig is set up, many home borewells are completed within a day. Harder granite or greater depth can extend this.
Groundwater drilling in Telangana requires permission, and the documents needed depend on your property type. See borewell permission help →
Tell us your area and property type. We'll visit the site, confirm access and ground conditions, and give you a written price before any drilling starts.
